Master Classes from qualified teachers
Shaykh Hafiz Abd-Allah Daudi Muhammad is an internationally renowned, award winning Qari with mastery in seven of the ten methods of reciting the Qur’an.
Shaykh Abd-Allah currently teaches at the al-Huda Zawiyah in Dewbsury, where he is the head teacher; overseeing and teaching lessons of Qur'an, Hadith, Arabic, and Fiqh.
Allah instructs us in Surah al-Baqarah (verse 121) to recite the Noble Qur'an in an appropriate manner: "Those to whom We have given the Book, recite it in the manner it should be read". This can only be achieved by studying the essentials of Qur'anic recitation.
One of the rights that the Qur'an has over us is that it must be read with measured recitation, where each letter is cleary distinguished, and where the recitor is familiar with the rules the govern Qur'anic recitation. Thus why Tajwid is classified as fard al-ayn (obligatory knowledge).
The Qur'an will either testify for you or against you on the Day of Judgement. Therefore, by reciting the Qur'an properly and honouring this science, insha'Allah, it will intercede on your behalf and be a means of salvation.
The majesty of the Qur'an is unparelled. In fact, loving, honouring, and reciting the Qur'an is the best of cures against all harm and evil. Furthermore, the best of people are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it to others (Bukhari); such is its ranks.
